Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005 – transition has started |
We are now in the transition period between the 1976 and 2005 Acts and it’s time for all licensed premises to ensure they have the relevant qualification to apply for their Personal Licence.
We are able to offer both ServeWise and BIIAB Personal Licence Holder qualifications for on or off licences either through one of our open courses, or if this doesn’t suit your circumstances, we may be able to offer a bespoke solution – just contact us for further information.
