The Whisky Ambassador is unique to People Solutions. It's the UK's only Accredited whisky training scheme, created to fill a gap in the market for Hospitality and Licensed Retail Operators.

The course is a one day programme which covers information about the history, geography and production of Scotch whisky. It also covers how to up-sell to premium brands, mixers, cocktails and other world whiskies.
It's aimed at up-selling Scotch Whisky and unlocking a brand new, very untapped and hugely expanding revenue stream: One venue reported a 64% increase in sales achieved by up-selling, engaging with the custmer and making better recommendations.
There is an exam at the end of the day and when delegates pass, they receive the prestigious Whisky Ambassador certificate which can be displayed behind the bar and a Whisky Ambassador pin to display to customers their expertise.
